The problem is that services like this dont really work because the police are not going to waste their time to help you go to someones house, furthermore there are major technology issues when it comes to ISP Natting. NAT is what ALL companies and most schools, libraries etc use for going out to the internet. Software like this is useless with it comes to a computer being on a NAT address
